Including the head of the institution, all currently employed employees (including non-regular workers, interns, social workers, indefinite contract workers (public service), fixed-term, part-time workers, etc.), external personnel (including service employees dispatched from external organizations and, in the case of universities, trainees consigned to companies) Provide education on prevention of sexual harassment, prostitution, sexual violence, and domestic violence at least once a year for at least one hour each.
If the training completion rate of employees in national agencies, local governments, public service-related organizations, and schools at all levels is less than 75%, they are classified as underperforming organizations.
In the case of college students, if the student participation rate is less than 50%, the institution is classified as underperforming.
Training must be provided to new employees within 2 months from the date of appointment (training conducted at an education and training institution under the jurisdiction of the new employee before and after appointment is also recognized as performance).
