Introduction to the Human Rights Center

The Human Rights Center is spreading and establishing a culture of human rights and creating a gender-equal educational environment.

The Human Rights Center is an on-campus organization that strives to spread and establish a human rights culture and create a gender-equal educational environment and healthy university.
We provide violence prevention education to prevent school members, including faculty, staff, and students, from becoming perpetrators or victims of sexual harassment and sexual violence. In the event of an actual incident, we are responsible for protecting and counseling victims, and taking action and disciplinary action against perpetrators. We are also carrying out various campaigns to create a gender-equal educational environment and spread culture.

The Human Rights Center is wide open to all school members. Since this is strictly confidential, faculty and students who wish to receive counseling or need assistance are encouraged to visit the Human Rights Center at any time without hesitation.
