Linguistic type

– Lewd jokes or obscene remarks without the other person’s consent

A professor at OO University asked a female student who was dozing off during a lecture, “Are you going out to a night club?”, which not only caused harm by causing sexual humiliation, but also made the entire class atmosphere unpleasant and lowered students’ motivation to study.

A professor at OO University called the students late at night after class, invited them out for a drink, and said, “Pour yourself a glass of alcohol. You have to pour the alcohol to taste the alcohol.” He then went to a karaoke room, hugged them, kissed their cheeks, sat next to them, and groped their thigh.

Visual type

– Posting or showing obscene photos, drawings, graffiti, pornographic publications, etc.

– Sending obscene letters, photos, or drawings directly or through fax or computer.

– Intentionally exposing or touching a specific part of one’s body related to sex

An instructor working as a contract worker in the English department at OO University requested the school to investigate and take action after three fellow foreign instructors created an unpleasant working environment by displaying pornography on the computer screen on three to four occasions.
After investigating the facts, the school disciplined three instructors and allowed the victim to move to another workplace as requested by the victim.

In the ** department at OO University, a male employee accessed a pornographic site and said to the female employee sitting next to him, “Hey, this is awesome. Look at this.” The female employee went there without knowing, and felt embarrassed shamed, unpleasant to see it. When the male employee saw her discomfort, he proceeded to say “Why, isn’t it hot?”
In the ** department at OO University, a male employee sent an email with a name such as a pornographic site and “Things on Thong Panties,” and when a female employee sat next to him during the seat arrangement process, he said, “I could only see your buttocks, but now that you stand up, you can also see the nape of your neck.” This act proceeds even after consulting with the People’s Association and the university’s counseling center.

Physical sexual harassment

– Physical contact, such as kissing, hugging, or hugging from behind

– Touching specific body parts such as breasts, buttocks, etc.

– Forcing a massage, fondling, etc.

While a professor at OO University was drinking with his students at an after-party at her department’s event, he sexually harassed a female student sitting next to her by touching her thighs and kissing her cheek.

A woman working in the secretarial office of OO Research Institute, an affiliated organization of OO University, went to a private office to deliver urgent documents from the school. Instead of sending her away right away, the director made her wait and then lured her into the office, saying they would talk after other employees arrived. Making female employees feel sexually humiliated, such as forcing them to engage in touching.
